Finance Manager

Position Overview:

athGADLANG is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team and drive financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling and reporting, with the ability to provide valuable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure optimal financial performance
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and support business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA or CPA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial modeling and reporting
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
